All soups are served with a choice of:
- Eba or Cari – Cassava flour moulded with palm oil
- Semolina – Corn flour moulded in a hint of butter
- Attieke – Steamed grated fermented cassava
- Fufu – Fresh boiled cassava and raw plantain pounded together to a fine mould
- Pounded Yam – Yarn flour cooked in water and moulded into single portions
- Banku – Ghanaian maize flour (cornmeal) cooked in water and moulded into single portions
